Terms and Conditions

The Trend Hour offers made-to-order framed artwork for delivery within India. Prices are displayed in INR; the checkout total is shown before payment. Choose the artwork, frame colour and size carefully and provide a complete delivery address and reachable phone number. Product and room images are digital previews; colours may differ slightly between screens and print. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. If a payment, availability or delivery issue prevents fulfilment, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate resolution, including a refund where the order cannot be supplied. Our shipping, cancellation and returns policies apply alongside your rights under applicable law. Questions: hello@thetrendhour.com.

This restriction does not exclude remedies for damaged, defective, incorrect, materially misdescribed or undelivered goods, or any rights under applicable consumer law. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for the exceptions and claims process. Cancellation requests are subject to our Cancellation Policy.
