Cancellation Policy

To request a cancellation or address correction, email hello@thetrendhour.com immediately with your order number. We will check whether production or dispatch has started. Cancellation is possible only before production begins; once artwork has entered production, a change-of-mind cancellation cannot be guaranteed. If cancellation is confirmed, the payment will be refunded through the original payment method. For a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please use our returns process.
